I have a 2015 Fender USA Standard Special Strat....i believe that is the correct model?

I got this in a trade...I'm not a fender guy. I'm pretty sure its all factory original. I was told that these were sold new without a case and the original owner purchased this tweed case for it.

The guitar is in EX condition...plastic still on the back plate. 70s headstock. Gold aluminum pickguard. There is a hole drilled in the lower horn for a strap button (like someone was gonna Hendrix it, but never did?) Besides that, the guitar is VERY CLEAN.

Everything works as it should. Frets are like new. Neck is true. No cracks or breaks. Sounds and plays like a Strat.

EDIT…. I need to do some more research on this guitar. I’m second guessing thE originality of some of the parts. Please see the additional pics at the bottom. Looks to be a 2009 Highway One USA body, USA electronics and a USA 2015 Fender replacement neck. Replacement pickguard.
