Since I have recorded the Friedman Black Eye module with my Strat and the little one was sleeping I figured I'd make a few low volume clips. I think the recording was a little woofy. Of course at these low volumes it's not the best tone from the amp but you get the idea. Just some regular old wanking around, clams and all.

what pickup is in the bridge?

Gear rundown as follows:

Playing my 50th Anni Strat with a DiMarzio Tone Zone S in the bridge and Virtual Vinateg Blues in the neck. Strat into my Randall RM100KH. Module is a Randall Mr Scary modded by Dave Friedman to his Black Eye mod. Marshall 425A 4x12 cab loaded with greenbacks. Rocktron Intelifex for some delay in the loop. No boost pedal was used. Done at very low volume.

Still sounds very "stratty" despite the amount of gain. Nice.

Yeah I don't think it sounds to bad for how low the volume is. Thanks for listening.

Nice chops Jim!!

Thansk for checking it out everyone.

JB These modular amps ain't to bad. Atl;east not with guys like Dave Friedman and Pete moding the preamp modules. I don't know if I would be sold if all I had to go on was stock Randall modules. The modded ones I've heard were really nice and the Egnater modules Bill Staley has are sweet. Have you tried them?

Ant thanks for listening. Do you have a Marshall that Warren DeMartini used to own? Any clips of that bad boy? Also since you're a Strat guy it appears... which strats do you prefer, ash or alder? I've owend 3 ash guitars, still own two. Ash is a very pleasent sounding wood to me.

Get him to make it switchable between the HBE and the BE. Your Marshall tones would be covered right there I'm betting.
