Finished my Explorer headstock

Wet sanded with 600, 800, 1200, 1500 grit, then rubbing compound and swirl remover. Feels super smooth and looks glossy. Has more scratches than I expected, but after an hour or so of buffing, this is as good as it is getting! :

That looks too good Steve! Love the PW locking tuners too. I've got a set on my semi-hollow, and I love them. Hold tune great, makes changing strings take literally 3 minutes for the whole guitar. Perfect for a guy like me, who hates every aspect of instrument maintenance, haha.
