Some good delay... oddly enough, lately I just end up using my DE-7. The flashback def sounds better though. Found myself with so many damn options on that thing and I always end up back at the same settings.

the delay options are incredible in terms of sound and variety..haven't really messed with the toneprints too much but there some cool ones available from the tc website

personally, i love the looper to test out lead ideas over riffs

hope you like it!

Awesome pedal..a tad bit scaled down version of the timeline...and more affordable.

Just got home last night and it was waiting for me.

Went on the TC site and DL'd a couple of tone prints.

So far,so good.

I had one and it wasn't working right. Was losing all of my presets and then shutting off. I even updated the firmware on it via the TC site. That being said, the delays sounded great. I replaced it with a new one and have kept it without issue. Add a couple of tone prints or make your own and you have a pretty neat setup with lots of options.

I really like it! It runs very quietly with my amp's loop. No issues. It's just such a BIG pedal for a board. I with they packaged it a bit smaller.

:)

I got one used about a month ago. I really like it so far. I mainly stick on the 2290 setting. Space and tube are also very nice.

I need to update the firmware, not sure if that has been done. I do have a few annoyances with the flashback x4. First when you apply power to the pedal it turns on the delay, doesn't matter whether the delay was left on or not. Just a pain to have to hit the footswitch to turn it off. Second, when using the looper, the last delay used is always on, I have to turn down the delay level and then everything is fine.

I'm going to a scaled down pedalboard with just the X4 and a Strymon Mobius. Everything in two boxes.
