Flying V with Alder wood?

Hi Guys,

Been away for a few months watching bands over in Europe, back now and keen to catch up with RT!!!

Thinking of getting a new axe soon and REALLY want a Flying V. Like the Old Gibson white/cream ones.

I really dig Alder wood and was wondering if they came in Alder? I thought they were all Mahogany but im sure some people here can tell me.

I'm pretty sure Flying Vs by Gibson only come in Mahogany or Korina. Korina will give you a brighter tone but I don't think they make them in cream unless its a custom shop job. Jackson's Flying Vs and Rhoads Vs have alder bodies but none of them come in a cream finish.
