Foam pad on bottom of Bogner XTC footswitch

Hey all,

anyone know where can I find a similar self-adhesive foam pad online? I've looked but no luck. Need to replace mine and would like something similar.

Already emailed Bogner support but they replied saying they do not supply those separately.
