Footswitch for Diezel Herbert under $300

Hey guys!

I pulled the trigger on a Herbert but need a footswitch! I'd like to keep it under $300 and I'm not opposed to buying used.

The Voodoo Lab Ground Control is on the top of my list. What are your thoughts on this guy?

The ENGL Z-12 midi footswitch looked nice as well. Any thoughts on this one? I like the smaller footprint of it.

On the cheap I can get a used Rolls MidiBuddy for $80 Canadian. Just wondering if I should just shell out the extra coin and grab one of the above.

I have a Roland GFC-50 and it does the job for me with my VH4, dirt cheap...not sure how many switches you'd prefer though!

Haven't decided how many switches I want honestly lol. I was thinking of going big just in case. Sounds like there's a lot of stuff I could potentially program on the Herbert alone. I guess phantom power capable is something I should like at as well right?

If you need something simple the randall 4 button is decent and cheap, also rocktron midi mate is nice $50 for the randall $150 for the rocktron used, check guitarcenter.com under used they have that stuff all the time for cheap and you can return the stuff at any GC if you dont dig it
