A Roland SDE 1000 delay rack unit! I've got a W/D/W going with my Wizard MCI, using the line out of the Wizard into the Roland and out to a stereo Boss Chorus pedal and both outs into each side of an HH M900. Each stereo cab is a Marshall GB cab, one 90s B cab with 6402 cones and the other a 76 Marshall A cab with RIC cones. Dry cab is an 83 with 65s. The chorus pedal works great for splitting the signal, no hum or signal loss that I can tell. Had the damn thing since the late 80s and I don't think I've plugged in since then lol.
The Roland adds a really nice color to the sound, quite a contrast to my Intellifex that is very transparent. Almost has a slight gain to it when engaged but in a pleasant way. I've got it set to a 26ms delay, with a heavy chorus to it that is a total 80s wet thing, almost Stryper or King Kobra like. Lol. Very warm. Gonna look for another to make it a true stereo effect as these old early 80s units are mono.
