We had some fires near Vancouver last year as well, and it was bad.

I hate to be the party pooper, but it doesn't seem like something to make jokes about.

I'm not trying to make a joke of this. Trust me I hope that however is near the fires going on right now are ok. It's just crazy how the jet stream is pulling all this stuff into my neck of the woods.

I sympathize. I live in the San Bernardino mountains in southern California. In 2007 we had TWO massive fires up here at the same time. (One on each side of our mountain range.) We were ordered to evacuate for 11 days. We didn't know if our house was still standing. Thankfully it was.

At least they're telling us about it today. I can't imagine our air is of particularly good quality, ya know, being the MOTOR CITY and all. So many factories and industry polluting our air and water daily. But yeah, Canada i know you like to burn trees, but stick to the ones made out of cannabis please.
