Apparently he had a dispute with his neighbor over some tree cuttings and when cops showed up he unloaded on them and was shot and killed. I didn't really catch all the details. I would imagine more will be forthcoming. Most unfortunate situation.

Neighbor disputes sometimes have a way of heating up over time. Who knows what was going on in that situation and in Brian's life that lead to this. 60 years old. Memory eternal.

I don't believe he played on it...But Possessed - Seven Churches is a very underrated and highly influential record.
