Sold my 1989 Marshall 2203 a few days ago. Something very NasT in the mail, coming to take its place. I'll let you folks know when it arrives, and load some images, too. I don't want to reveal what I am getting, but I'll leave you a hint; It is brand new, has been modded by someone brilliant, is the only one of its kind that has this modification, and is extremely evil. :confused:

I believe that it is a worthy investment, and I also gained a new friendship out of it. This will be my first High Gain amp, and it should work perfect for doing intense music. I feel that I have really lucked out in many aspects. This is also the first of many threads for me. So it is good to be around a community of gear fiends.

I felt some what sad when my 2203 left my house. The thought of what is coming offered me more than a positive out look however. I am looking forward to melting my own face with this new amp.

Here is a picture of the 2203 that I cared for and sold. Cheers!

Your not playing fair. :lol: :LOL: Better be some detailed pics/videos as soon as you get it. :gethim: "has been modded by someone brilliant, only one of it's kind, extremely evil and made a new friendship" That pretty much narrows it down........ :rock: I could be wrong though.
 
Ha! You are welcomed to take a guess. I'm not saying anything until it arrives. It is in the mail, and will get here some time next week. I will definitely post some pics. I have plans to recorded it and post it as well.
 
Evil makes me think fortin, the fact that it is coming so soon and not next year narrows it down. Am I warm?
 
Damn, I didn't know that I would annoy that many people. My apologies. Yes its modded Marshall, and yes its something Mike did. Its the 2203kk. I got it from Mod Squad.

I suppose so, then again, I did not consider how much crap people put up with on forums, since I am completely new to them still. I will post some audio/video when the times are appropriate. By the way, I most enjoyed your clip with the Painkillers. Those sound really good in my Les Paul as well.
 
Actually I'm really surprised that there is only ONE clip of the Fortin KK Marshall. I'd really like to hear Dave Ziemba do a little heavy clip. Some of his old Fortin clips just sounded killer.

Thanks! It took a lot of hard work to make it happen. I plan on making some pretty smoking demos with it. I am thinking to ask KillerTone to demo it as well, since we live in the same ant mound.

DoomBuggi, Is a great guy Gents and I can't wait to hear some clips of the KK when he get's the amp!

I did not post any more clips of the amp because DoomBuggi was real serious about buying the amp and I counted it as being sold.
I had planned on having Mike do many more of these but since Marshall has since discontinued the amp I did not want to buy used ones
and mod them because you never know what you are getting lol!

Anyway,as Ive said before It's great to have you here!
