I am guessing that seeing how well Neural translated the Meshuggah amp, he's seen that digital ain't what it once was. At the end of the day he's in business to make money. Better he makes it than 3rd party's.

I love this idea. I think more amp manufacturers should do this as it will control the representation of their product. When I had a Kemper there are a few times that I got a profile pack that turned me completely off to an amp I havent tried only to find out I actually liked the real amp later. Also if someone is going to make money off of profiles of his amps it might as well be him. It's not like he is Orange, Peavey, or Marshall with overseas production and a ton of employees. I want these guys to make money to keep them building products.

On a side note it would be nice if they made enough money that they could come down on the amp prices a bit. I know that's wishful thinking. I would love to have a Fortin, Friedman, and a few others but 3200+ for an amp will forever be out of my price range.

I just want to point out and I will admit when I am wrong but when it comes to official "Kemper Profiles" for an amp company Mark Cameron and I were first and still to this day I will let our customers or anyone who had our profiles speak about their quality. That's all.

It took me nearly 1.5 years to get Mike to even consider digital. To even sit down with Darkglass/Neural. It took forever to get him to sign off on digital. He doesn't like it at all, but Neural DSP leads the digital game by miles and it isn't even a question. They should someday do a video introducing their team and telling about each one individually. There is no better team in DSP in the m.i. It isn't even close, truly.

As far as this goes, we realized we were going to get ripped off and some moron buying a shit profile from another moron would be a representation of the brand, because said consumer would think that is how the amp sounds. New time, new problems. Best for us to control the end product and give a good representation of the brand.

Also, you 2 (you know who you are) need to stop jerking it to your manufactured hatred of me. It is pathetic, really. We are going to keep killing it, and I will never apologize for being incredibly good at what I do. We work hard, maybe the harder you work the less time you have to fixate on someone crushing it you are jealous of. Little life tip. Don't bother responding, I am not inclined to get into a forum battle with people I don't know and couldn't point out in a crowd, because it truly means less than the shit I took earlier, but just know, we have plenty of laughs over it and have for years. Just remember, you guys talk about me so much you are actually fans, and it is kinda sweet.?? have a good one fellas.
