For Sale FREE: Peavey XXX 12" Speaker

Pulled from a XXX 4x12. 16 ohms. I originally thought the voice-coil read funny, but checking again it's about 13 ohms DC resistance so perhaps it was user-error on my part. Local pickup in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I don't feel like shipping it right now, I just want it gone.

13 ohms is fine. Sometimes you get readings a bit off, but that is well within tolerance. Cool looking speaker

Yup! The weird readings I was getting before were all over the place, and seemed like the meter wasn't settling. I'm thinking it's either because the speaker was connected to another with a dodgy, blown voice coil, because the meter was too close to the speaker magnet, or because I just didn't make good contact with the probes.
