Can we avoid fully fret buzz ?
Luthier correct my fretwork , linished a bit , adjust the truss , and set up EB 10-52 to 25.5 scale.
My string height is :
1.2 above thin E , and about 1.5 mm above bass E.

When I'm playing with moderate strenght - i don't recieve string buzz at all , but when I'm hitting hard - buzz , buzz , buzz ...
But when my guitar is plugged in amp - fret buzz does not interfere to sound.

I should care and worry about that ?

it just depends on you. Personally i cannot stand fret buzz at all. for example i had a new nut intsalled and the frets put through a PLEK machine on my esp eclipse. I have the action around 2-2.5 on the bass side and around 1.5 on the treble. I also have about the correct about of relief. I have vertually no string buzz unless i am hitting the strings incredibly hard. So if you cant stand fret buzz it is possible to have virtually no buzz if your guitar is setup perfectly. After having my guitar pleked i wouldnt go any other route personally.

A the string height you have its hard to avoid fret buzz when playing hard. The harder you hit the strings the wider the ellipse of the strings vibration becomes.

Sounds to me like your guitar is set up pretty good.

I just had my Wolfgang refretted with 6105 SS frets. Part of the refret was leveling the frets with a plek machine. I like low action so it's set to 1mm from the top of the fret to the high E string at the 12th fret. I cant hear any buzzing at all on this guitar. I'm sold on Plek.

Unfortunately - I'm living in a little backward country , so I don't have opportunity to get with this plek machine (yeah , i know what is it).

Can also different brands affect string buzz ?
I mean 10-52 x producer have more buzz than 10-52 y producer ?

I must also mention other thing - Dean VMNT is equipped with tall frets , and thin - tall frets are also worser for low action ?
Luthier linished my frets a bit , but the difference beforre this surgery was minimal.
