Love this amp.

Edit: I call the brown eye the "hairy" brown eye at the beginning, low input is the brown eye only.

I just got it back 2 weeks ago, i can't comment on any other modders, but my Friedman is the best amp i've ever played.

Dave has the ability to "enhance" the amp without taking over the base tone, best decision i ever made.

If you ship your amp to Rack Systems be patient, but well worth the wait, would do it again in a heartbeat.

As far as other amp guys, i researched over 1 year before making a decision, to my ears, only Dave had the sound i desired, some were close, but not the same.

Sounds great and just like mine does, my amp looks/sounds identical.... I have a ratty old cab like that too. What spkrs are you running? I have the ScumBack M75-65s and it's the best cab for these amps IMHO. It's amazing the amps Dave mods-up are so consistent in tone/crunch/presence... No FX loop for you on the amp?

It's not as brown as say, a Cameron modded (Jose or =) Marshall, but in a way is still similar but tighter/edgier I think esp. with the SAT switch on and crankin' the Master volume!

Thanks dude, the cab is a 78' with G12M 25 watt Blackbacks, i think i saw one of your videos where you play Panama with a stock Strat, if that was you, that was Bad-ass!!!
