I’ve heard that but always wondered why Billy Howerdel didn’t just play one in stock form

Billy refers to it as a marshall in all the interviews I've heard. Says it's a marshall that dave built for him.

Naylor Superdrive 60 preamp with a Marshall JMP power section is how I understand the Naked came about.

I have a Naylor Duel 60. It's a Superdrive 60 with a clean channel. Defintely has the darker tone of the Naked going on.
