Frigid cold, broken chargers leave Chicago area Tesla owners frustrated

I can’t imagine owning a Tesla for any other reason than novelty (Or status I guess but I don’t play that game). I understand that some fools in the frigid upper Midwest want to replace gas heat with electricity. Kind of scary when people’s inanities start threatening your primary survival ability, like not freezing to death in the winter.

I'd like to own a Tesla Coil. I'd put it on a pole in the middle of my yard. Don't get too close. Zap.

As it is I'll just have to muddle through with the irrigation system filled with kerosene and a flame thrower by the front door and garden gnomes filled with tanerite and ball bearings.

You should really move to the country (a rural area).
