i want to know if the diezel(s) i own would take these well, particularly the shape on the vh4 and death is gain on the herbert

i own the seraph deluxe, and it's honestly some of the best stuff in a metal box i've ever owned/heard, so check out john fromel if you haven't already

The shape is cool, based on an old boss but better. that being said the king of pedal EQ is the eempres para EQ so I cant really recommenced the fromel as best.

I have not played the death is gain tubescreamer variant.

Dont know the shape but I owned a death is gain for a while. It is a TS variant, but sound wise it is the farthest thing from a tubescreamer. Fromel definately has his own unique flavor. The DIG has no mid hump and tons of good clean output for boosting. Its a very cool pedal and I highly recommend trying one out.

i think i'll save a little more for the empress, although i was hoping for simplicity,(meaning less knobs and whositz to mess with and get mired in before playing) but then again, it's da bomb, idk?
