1983 Gibson Flying V. This could be a nice project for someone. It is very playable as is. Original Tim Shaw Neck pickup and Duncan Designed Super Distortion in the Bridge. Looks like someone put it in a vise to work on it. Superficial scars and checking. It does have a particularly nice rock tone.

$900 OBO Shipped & Insured for full value. Lower 48. Paypal fee covered by you. I have exceptional references. Will be very well packed. NOT looking for any trades on this one.

I’m not trying to shit on your thread. If you can get &800 I’d do it. Looks like it may have had a Kahler on it at onetime. I’d pull the Shaw pickup and sell it separately, plug a generic pickup in it and let CME have it.

I’ve played these 83 thru 85 vs for years as my main guitars and never payed more than a grand for one in great condition. Not that way anymore. Mine had ebony boards. Always had to change pups and the Kahler flyer as it was horrible. I’m shocked to see reverb prices at 2000 and above. I love them and play them but they arent worth that. Guess it depends how bad you want it. Glad I still have a couple.
