This guitar is all maple (body, neck and fretboard), which gives a real clarity to the sound and really nice upper mid presence. Very nice, sleek playability as Carvin’s tend to be. Also has a nice Birdseye maple fretboard. Has some little dings on the side of the body as you can see in the photos. The serial number on the jack is 123234. Not sure how old the guitar is, but am guessing the Carvin aficionados will know based on that number

I had this exact guitar and it’s a really good sounding axe that plays so easy. Quality for sure. It’s a bit heavy, but really worth it. Notes just pop off the fretboard. Bump for ya Sam.

Yeah I also noticed that real pop to the notes. I think it’s from the maple body. My other maple bodied guitars also have that pop and clarity
