Full Stack noob: Herbert with 2 8ohm cabinets?

I've never run a full stack before so forgive the noobness. I have a Kustom 4x12 and a Mesa 4x12 running at 8ohms mono each. How should i hook them up to the Herbert? I noticed where the 8 ohm jacks show 2x4ohms so i'm a little confused.

You need to plug each cab into a 4 ohm plug.

This screen shot is for a two 16 Ohm configuration (2x16 Ohm cabs) which gives you a total load of 8 Ohm. With two 8 Ohm cabs typically you want to plug into the two 8 Ohm (2x8 Ohm to the left) which yields a 4 Ohm load.

Just do what it says on the back of Herbert’s outputs and you'll be fine - Peter couldn't have made it any simpler.
