G-Major Whammy Expression Pedal

I have a problem controlling the whammy fx of my g-major through an expression pedal. I have calibrated it but when I push down the pedal to the max the value of the pitch doesn't reach 100%, it stops at 96% 98%.
any idea? (if someone is so kind to answer.... since it's the third topic I open and people just ignore me)
 
Did you check if it's actually calibrated? Does it reach value 127 when it's fully depressed?
Another simple issue is if the whammy controler is set to 100% at the "max value", inside each patch.
Sorry if it all seems too obvious, this is only to be sure if you did all the basic programming.
Mine works fine, it's an ADA Expression Pedal.
 
thank you very much for your answer. the pedal is calibrated, but when it's fully depressed it doesn't reach 127 value... I think it's a problem of the pedal.... I've set it up following the instructions of the manual I don't think that I have missed something. I'll try with another pedal. sorry for my pooooooor english
 
I think you can try something unorthodox: recallibrate it again, but when telling GMajor the lowest position, leave the pedal a gap until the end of the course, let's say stop the pedal at 95%. Then you should have an extra trip to go beyond to reach 127 in order to compensate that error.
I don't know if it works, but you've got nothing to lose trying :yes:
