GCX/Ground Control Pro Instant Access Stereo Effects?

I'm trying to figure out how my soon to be rig will be setup before I actually buy the GCX and GCP. I have a Boss PN-2 that I'm going to use in stereo so it'll take up two loops in the GCX. Can I use an Instant Access button to do two loops or will I have to make/get a box made that will switch both of those with the switch of one loop with the GCX? I hope this isn't too hard to follow...any help? Thanks guys.
 
Set it up with 8 instant access switches and 4 preset switches. Use a preset switch to control two loops or up to 8 loops.

That's what I was planning. I was thinking Clean, Clean Lead, Dirty Rhythm, Dirty Lead for my presets and then was hoping I could control the Tremolo as an Instant Access button. If I can't do it just with the GCX and all that, I found where I can get a box made that will use the loop like a remote switch to switch the stereo pedal in and out. I was just hoping it could be done without going that route.
