General question on purchase/return

I have a very particular ear (said every guitar player ever), I never thought I'd be in a position to want a strat....but I find myself in need of one.

There's a very specific niche I need this purchase to fill, in the event that it does not, or I am wholly unable to make the upper register work for me (smallish hands) what is the return policy.

Gypsy, If you are talking about a custom order directly from Luxxtone it would most likely be non-returnable. Now if you bought one through a dealer like us, you would have 24 hours to decide and then would be able to exchange it for store credit without a restocking fee. Obviously this policy is contingent on the guitar being in like new condition.
