Since everyone does a backflip when the amp they own becomes George's flavor of the week, why not just spend 200 and get what George used back in the day after he dumped his ADA setup.

H&K Metal Shredder. I have an article with him saying he used this on the first Lynch Mob album.

A Soldano with a "cream machine"......i dunno? My buddy bought one of those, he couldn't get any workable tones outta it, kinda a disappoinment.

i see those for sale on ebay all the time. i swore i read somewhere lynch was mic'ing a randall combo or something backstage for a while??

you can get some of the under lock and key tones with a rockman. He used that mixed in with all his other stuff. Its all over that lightning strikes song.

He used a Soldano for only 1 solo on the Lynch Mob album according to an interview i read. He used that old purple plexi for most of it and even a JCM900 in spots, and the Metal Shredder with a Marshall poweramp.

I had one of those cream machines for about three hours.Thank god for Musicians Friends return policy.

Are they making these again?? Are they reissues?

I had a Cream Machine many years ago, after reading that Richie Kotzen used one for some stuff. I actually liked it. I plugged directly into a Marshall 4x12 with greenbacks and used it to practice at home. It sounded sweet.

I'd love to pick up another, but I ain't paying $199 for it.

At that time, he borrowed that Purple Plexi from Aston Pittman's collection, don't know if he owns it now, also during rehersals for Under Lock & Key at famed SIR studio's, i read George used the famous Caswell modded #39 1959T with a Rockman for some parts, it took George a couple years to get Caswells name cause SIR wouldn't tell him, Caswell ended up modding several of Lynchs amps later.
