Anyone know where I can get a volume knob you can push/pull to select pickups? I know some George Lynch guitars have them, but I'm not really sure what they are - TIA!

never mind, I figured it out. What a cool thing! I'm always switching from the bridge to the neck and rolling down the volume at the same time to get a clean sound - with this pot that should be a lot easier to do! Also, I can put the bass roll off cap on the neck pickup and not have it affect the tone of the bridge pickup - Wish I'd thought of this a long time ago!

There's also one that you can push /push too. Those are pretty cool.

LOL, I had a guitar with one of those in and I loved the idea until I realized that everytime I went to to change pickups, I smacked the hell out of the knob and left a dent in the guitar from it...

Trying to kill it? :)

just know that they go tits up alot more often than a regular pot....I have one in my skulls n' snakes and it needs to be replaced for a third time...guitar's about 12 years old, but that's besides the point..heheh....problem I've had with mine, it doesn't want to stop turning! it'll go from volume off, to full bore then back again if you keep turning it round and round...

This is what George had..the push-pushes. I used to have a bunch of these. They do fall apart. My friend would make sure all the tabs that hold it together where bent down tight and super glue what ever else that might come lose(dont get it inside the pot)....His are still going after 20 years..they just need a cleaning sometimes.

Hey Mark, thanks - that helps, I'll make sure and do that too!
