So I'm in the process of reducing the amount of pedals on my board.

Down to an H9, Echolution 2 Deluxe, CFH Wah and BAT Coven. Looking for something for mod effects. Using my H9 for verb and harmony stuff right now.

Trying to decide between the Mobius or another H9. Will be controlling with a Liquid Foot Mini. Both pedals are great.

What say you?

i was debating with that question myself, and got a second H9 eventually!
i never looked back! the best decision i made!

H9. You never know how your tastes in effects will change. The H9 covers most ground.

Hey guys I have a mobius and it is killer, but I was wondering, I was interested in replacing it with an h9 because of the verbs/delays and tuner. I was wondering why do you need two H9's ? can you not really scroll to the presets efficiently or you just want more effects on at once ? for me pedal board space is limited and the mobius is bigger.

thanks

This. I am using the current H9 for my verb effects. I want to replace 2 chorus pedals, a phaser, etc. The Mobius and H9 both do that for me but like you said, the H9 is a little smaller and I actually don't have an issue with phaser/flange in the loop. The upside to the Mobius is that it can run in front and in the loop at the same time based on presets. I don;t believe the H9 can.

With the H9 algorithms you buy you can use on up to five H9s so you don't have to re-purchase them. For flexibility you could run one in the loop and one in front depending on where you want certain effects. Also, more than one effect at the same time.
