I've used Tone Pros before. They're not much different than the stock parts, other than the set screw that locks it to the posts.
The best I've found so far is from Schroeder Guitars. They're milled aluminum (not case) with brass saddles. Very high quality, IMHO, and I think they sound great.

Can't go wrong with Tonepros. I'm also a big fan of the Gotoh 510 series. Bot of them are locking, so you don't have to worry about the bridge coming off when you change strings.

They all have their own sound. What brand do you currently have in there? Tonepros is gotoh with the locking feature. They sound more airy than gibson stock hardware.
