Some video of my Ozzy tribute performing "Bark at the Moon" at the House of Blues Houston.
My first gig with the Axe-Fx III and FC-12. Axe-Fx III is direct to FOH.
 
Very nice! I never could get that run right that you start at 2:28. Not even close to sounding right!
 
You guys kick some Serious Ass. i bought my AX8 two weeks ago because of your videos and loving it. Not as easy to navigate as my Helix but world of difference in sound of the Amps.

Care to share any details about the patch you're using here? Amp model, fx, etc.

I can't remember, do you normally have a cab on stage, as a guitar monitor?

It’s not an easy riff. Not for me anyway. Jake is such a beast. His playing gives me fits.

It’s the same layout and setup I’m using on my AX8 but on the Axe-Fx III with the Ares firmware. 5153 100 watt blue, a TS808 OD in the drive block with the drive set to 0 and the level set to 10, EVH factory cabs 161 & 162. Fx is mainly just the pitch block set to detune with a +9/-9 setting ala EVH from the Balance album.
I’m using 2 Friedman ASC-12’s on stage behind me on the back line. One on each side of the drum riser behind the stage scrims.
 
Just Killer!!! Absolutely zero reason to use a tube amp....

Man you've got the ultimate tribute gig! Love your band!!

I haven't been around much but see you went from the Xitone cabs to the Friedman. Can you share your thoughts and differences in feel and tone? Also, the same question regarding the AX8 to the III?

Killer playing as usual man!...and a LOUD and clear guitar mix thru FOH, perfect! :yes: :rock:
