Glock 43X Omega Comp, Update 3-24-2025, Redemption after Failure?

I'm leaving in all of the below videos and information, so that folks will know the whole story behind this comp for me, and roughly 100 other folks that received the first 100 of these comps. I received the replacement on Thursday 3-17-2025. And have since taken it to the range, here are my thoughts on the replacement:





Well... I had planned on bringing a ton of comparison videos with this comp to you all, buuuuuut the compa literally failed on the very first round I fired. Great concept, but I think the Slimline Glock Barrels are too thin for a lug type system to be utilized.

I've already contacted them, we'll see what they say. I've heard from one other person that his failed within 30 rounds, and two others where theirs wouldn't even allow for the comp to be installed. INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING!!!






After a LONG 10+ week wait, this comp finally came today! Anyone that's a slimline Glock fan I know has been waiting for the Radian Ramjet/Afterburner.

Should be an awesome addition to the Glock 43X, and/or a Glock 43 with 43X slide.

I'll likely be testing this out this weekend with and without it to see how much of a difference it makes.

Any test request, drop them below! I want to answer all the questions folks may have about these in a single video if possible.




Update 3-17-2025

Received the replacement last Thursday, took it to the range this weekend for my LTC qual. This one has lasted 50x longer than the first one so far! Lol, not saying much. Will be doing a comparison video of this one soon.

I'm sure we all like something that isn't exactly popular amongst the masses. You like what you like, that's all that matters. I haven't even seen the G3, but it looks like it's most likely an awesome carry piece!

Glocks are higher quality. No doubt, I just like this g3 for some reason.
 
Can't get along with the Glock grip angle.

I've had to work on 2 Taurus G3s. ( other people's) I'm not a fan, but everything ain't for everybody.

Usually I'm carrying either a Masada S ( pretty much the same size as the P365XL) Or VP9SK. AIWB

I learned early on you point Glocks with your thumbs. Once I got used to that I prefer them over most of anything else.

Other carry guns for me (besides Glock) various revolvers (Taurus 85, S&W ultralight something or other) Taurus PT745 Single Stack .45, Couple different 1911's, IMI Baby Eagle in .45, KelTec P11 and probably a few others I forgot about. I'd love a P7!

Gotcha, ok, that makes sense! I can't guarantee that I won't forget at some point down the road, but hopefully I will remember lol
