If you can live without the pedal format and don't need stereo the Art MR 1 is a steal. Sounds good and you can get them for around 30 used.

that's like behringer territory at least priced new

behringer reverb machine , never tried one but what i heard seems good enough for the money

otherwise a used marshall reflektor reverb pedal , or digitech digiverb , both are good for the money

Biyang is like 59 bucks. I had a delay of theirs that was nice.
