I haven't been stoked to try a new amp in a long time, but I've wanted to get my hands on one of these for quite a while :D

I think it sounds killer. Just the right mix of openess and compression....if that makes any sense

This is one of the few inspiring amps I've heard, but don't own.

Me too

I have REALLY high hopes for this thing

Congrats dude! I too have always wanted to play one in person. The only Cornford I have ever heard was at an Aussie Floyd (Pink Floyd tribute band) show. One of the guys played one. I was too far away to tell what model it was but it sounded fantastic!
Let us know what you think when it arrives......please.

hey man! i used to have one, also the mk50II, the hellcat sounds amazing, but i have never gotten that used to class a amps, the mushyness and sag feel they have has always put me off a bit, but as far as tone goes, AMAZING!! they record really well, poke nright through the mix. plus, for a class a amp, it can actually get quite mean and growly. leads jump right off your fret board. there used to be a vid on youtube of a dude demoing a hellcat as well as a few other amps in nyc. he opens up the workshop on the hellcat and cuts some pretty strict lead lines!! if you like class a, this is my favorite out of all the high end class a amps, easily outperforms the others.

Never had a class a amp, so we'll see :D

It's not my only amp, so I'm just hoping it covers some different territory, and is as cool in person as in some of the demos I've heard

Will do.

Videos if it rocks, ebay if it sucks

This is one amp that has always piqued my curiosity. I would love to hear a clip from you that includes chord and lead work.

Nice video...that amp sounds like it has a ton of character.

For sure. I'd been curious too, that's why I sprung :D

I'll be the rig-talk crash test dummy

That Demo was done at my local store and that particular amp was on sale at half price, not sure if it's still there.
