Got me a Gibson SG

A co worker of mine was selling a 2005 Gibson SG Faded it still looked new with no fret wear, said he only used it a few times. I did a setup on it and this guitar sounds great also love the feel of the neck and light weight, the faded look actually is quite pleasing to look at.

Great guitars. I had a couple of the faded V's. Just got a new 2016 HP V. Gibson makes nice guitars for an affordable price.

I love the faded sg's had one with the crescent inlays and ebony board and it was killer. Congrats.

-hard to beat an SG in the sub $1000 category-(if my feeble memory serves me correctly, those were $450-ish brand new, the adove mentioned "crescent moon" faded's-(some say they werent actually part of the faded series)-SG's/V's & I think there were some explorer's as well are the most sought after faded's..

I believe these were $700 new but regardless of price its a sweet guitar to play!

Mine don't. But I do use suede back straps so they grip my shoulder pretty good.

Mine doesn't. Love the SG. Great tones, and so much fun to play.
