I can definitely get tone close to that w/ the GNR ChA w/ the gain at 9-11 oclock. SL can do it too, but I think the GNR does that Hendrixy vibe on ChA REALLY well

I think he has a germanium fuzzface in front too along with the marshall power brake 100.

GNR will do that for sure. I was getting tones like that with my Strat.
