I stated on your other post I thought the 20 watter was a little pricy but the plexi is sweet and seems like a better deal IMO
Really nice!

I'm going to email Curt and see if the price on the 20 watter is correct. It does seem a bit high.

Ceriatone boards, chassis and panels!

I see he is also doing an sloclone using smashes boards.

It would crack me up if all this time he was taking pre-made boards from Ceriatone, maybe tweaking a resistor or capacitor here and there and selling it at a profit. Most of his clips sound very good.

Yep looks like it to me too.  Nik does a cleaner job as well :D

Why would he not put the correct rocker switches on the front panel as well ?
It looks like a Ceritone chassis and board with the wrong switches and different tranny's.

This post is not a knock on anyone but there are many amps running around the forums that are some other companies kits and they go from there, nothing new.

Exactly. It's not the parts as much as it's the assembly/tweaking. It would be nice if every custom amp had lots of unobtanium in them, or crazy high dollar parts, but some amp kits tweaked by a knowledgeable builder can kick ass!
