Whoever named them the Green Bay 'Packers' had a great sense of humor. :lol: :LOL:
 
I'm a huge Packer fan sittin' fat in Cowboy country :thumbsup:

I hope they continue this..........even though they should have lost the first game..............and the Giants defense blows.

Regardless, I already have my Packers/Cowboys tickets for the Thursday night game in November :cheers2:

I think they're playing the Redskins this season too - I saw them last time they came to town and that was a killer game!! Lemme just check on that...

Funny thing about the Giants is that Eli is the only guy playing good. Well, Plaxico and Toomer are really good but Shockey is 100% overrated. And the Giants have NO defense. Coughlin will be gone and they gotta clean house and start over. It's gonna be a long year. Does it matter though, can anyone compete with the Pats or Colts?

Early in the season, might be a couple of teams that can hang with them - or not. Give it 6 or 7 games though, see who gets injured and who stays healthy, freak accidents can blow an entire season out the window. Football is like a box of chocolates, or something...

Dude thanks for the invite, you kick ass!! I'd love to, but reality has other plans for me I think. We're rolling into high gear on a primary/secondary network migration as we vacate the old home office to join up with the Verizon mother ship. 10/31 is the drop dead date - everything has to be done by then and there's no way I'll be able to get out of it.

But maybe afterwards...

LOL - Midgets!! No I ended up not doing any fantasy football this season. I was going to do a fantasy league with a bunch of guys from work too but I decided to sleep in and totally spaced the draft... to be honest I pretty much totally forgot to sign up. :aww:

How's your team doing so far?

Well i got Carson Palmer, TJ Houshmanzada, and Jamal Lewis on my team and that game was a huge shootout, mucho points from them today.

And what the hell is wrong with the Saints? And lookout for the Texans :D They're taking Texas back from the Cowboys. :lol: :LOL:

Also, i have to admit that TO's TD celebration today was great.

J.B., I would kill for tickets!
I lived in Milwaukee for 20 years never got to a game.
In our house, it was like a religion. Every Sunday we had to go to church, then go home and watch the Packers.
I still remember Lynn Dickey having the best game of his career with the flu, puking his guts out on the sidelines after every series, and my Dad saying "Now that's character, son......"
So here I am now in the land of the Retardinals. :no: :aww:
