Greg Howe and Laguna?

So Greg Howe is now endorsing GC's guitar line? What's up with that? He went from playing his HM strats forever to ESP for a year or two to Peavey for a year and is now with Laguna. To be honest I've never played one because they certainly look cheap.
 
I played Greg's Laguna last friday and it is a very nice guitar for a grand. He is changing the shape of the headstock and I believe will have a custom wound humbucker. Sometimes in life you get offers and oportunities that are to great to pass up. All I know is he has full page adds in guitar player and Guitar world.

That's cool. I was afraid it was the $299 guitar you see in the store and the mag. I did see the full page ad in the Ed D issue of GP, but it just sunk in that it was Laguna. Hopefully he is getting a good payday. He deserves it. Granted he had some good paydays working for NSync, Timberlake, etc but I'm assuming this will have his name on it.
 
I played a few of the LAguna's at GC. Gotta say for the price not bad at all!!!

Really nice feeling and playing guitar.

He was also a Suhr user. He was all over the Tonemerchants web site for a while.

gregs been working on this for a year. I think it will launch in a month or 2 and there are some amazing high profile artists who will also be doing the site. ive seen it and its really cool

greg and his band will be rehearsing at tone merchants for his tour later this month.
