Guitar Riff tone on Billy Idol's Concrete Kingdom

Am not sure if Steve Stevens was on Billy Idol's Cyber Punk record, but the guitar riff in Concrete Kingdom is my favourite rock rhythm tone....
Any idea what amp is being used ???

Not Billy's best stuff & not the best guitar tones on his records - thats my 2 cents!

Anyway the guitarist is Mark Younger-Smith. No idea about the guitar gear he used = sorry.
