Guitars with old style non recessed Floyd rose....?

Been looking at a charvel old school non recessed Floyd rose guitar... but am kinda hold back if these non recessed Floyds will not be able to adjust for low action playing like a recessed floyds does?

Since the bridge is not floating above a the recessed cavity and the bridge will no way to be adjusted lower like the recessed floyd ?
 
There's no inherent connection between recessed / non recessed / face mounted and the action height, if the guitar is built correctly.

Non recessed can still be floating, and in that case you can still easily lower the action by lowering the bridge. Face mounted (like EVH, with no upward travel) doesn't allow for the bridge to be lowered, so as posted above, you'd need to shim the neck if the action isn't low enough. But these guitars should be built correctly so when the bridge as low as it can be it still has a real low action.
 
The action on my non recessed Floyd Charvel is crazy low. The neck pocket is cut on a slight angle...not straight like in a vintage tremolo model.

This is true, but you do have to design the neck joint different for a non-recessed Floyd than most bridges. Since we're talking an old school Charvel, and not knowing exactly how old that is, I'd note that a good many of them came with vintage trems and were later modded to add a Floyd.* If the guitar trem cavity wasn't carved out to make the Floyd float, then you have to shim the neck to get the angle right for any kind of decent setup.

As already noted, this isn't a big deal. I have a factory modded Charvel that was converted from vintage trem to Floyd. The first time I pulled the neck, it had been shimmed with a piece of someone's business card. I've seen picks, business cards, folded post-it notes, cigarette containers, etc. They all work and aren't any big deal.

* Through a good swath of the 80's, Kramer had an exclusive deal with Floyd Rose, so everyone else sold non-locking trems (usually vintage-style) or hacked the top of Kahlers. If you wanted a Floyd, you had to add them after-market. I knew people who'd purchase the Floyd separately to send off to Charvel to get it installed on their new guitar.
 
I been wanting a charvel natural series by music zoo which has a non recessed trem and hoping the construction is really scale down for a non recessed trem... i wonder has anybody who own a charvel has encounter any problem being the neck angle being build without the idea in mind of a non recessed trem ?

I also think if charvel natural series has richer tonality than a modern recessed trem? I have heard comparison on a TOM vs recessed trem floyd and diff is great.. as the TOM sounds richer and more aggressive than a regular floyd trem which has more mellow sound...

I dont know if non recessed trem will be slightly steer towards a richer tone having the chunk of wood still intact ?
 
I'm sure the Charvel comes setup/constructed perfectly fine with the non-recessed trem. However, I really know nothing about the guitar in question.

However, I do have a lot of experience with all kinds of Floyds. IMO, there's definitely a tonal difference in recessed vs. non-recessed Floyds. Plus, if you have non-recessed that lay flat, then it solves many of the tuning issues with Floyds. At this point, I only own two guitars with recessed Floyds. I've found that I rarely need to pull up on the trem, so it's just not worth the compromises to have the recessed trem cavity.

Thanks alot there ! But i suppose these non recessed floyds are only meant for dives and if up bow on floyds you damage the beautiful body of your guitar huh...

Different guitars just sound different. It’s really not possible to say how the recess impacts things IME.

I prefer the non-recessed just because it’s easier to deal with a dive-only trem and I think it looks better.

I have a natural series and it has super low action without recessed trem route and rich tone too. It has a brass block so that helps. Killer guitar!
