Just got back from Guns N Roses in Paris. Axl voice is only a shadow of what it once was but the whole band is still something to behold. They played for 3h25 without any pause !!! Quite amazing ! Slash showed a whole collection of guitars, maybe 20 different guitars among which two B.C. Rich and three different double-necks. Axl must have slowed down on the donuts LOL

I saw them recently and it was pretty good for 60 years olds . I don’t think axel can do the voice nightly. He did it nightly with AC/DC but never did again after that tour

They should rename the band Guns & Dead Horses.

LOL they weren't dead at all. More like running and jumping all over the place for more than three hours. At roughly 60 years old, I guess either they found the fountain of youth or cocaine is a very powerful drug.

They also had half-naked big titted young sluts dancing for them (not for the audience) behind a black curtain at the right of the stage. LOLOLOL

I didn't mean an age lethargic thing, I know there are drugs for that.

It's more a lightening has left the bottle kind of thing. It's over.

they play 3h25 every show, no way his voice could hold up to that

Thanks for posting. Good Pics

I was never a big fan of Axl's voice but it fits their music. My wife and I are going to see them in a month or so.

Alice in Chains is on the bill so that is BIG plus

i was so upset when i read the wild hair the backup singers in 1992 had was wigs

Saw them at Fenway Park last year and they were 200x better than when I saw them in Las Cruces NM in 1992

Saw them open for Aerosmith right before AFD took off. That show blew my teenage mind! Saw them again a couple years ago it was really good.

The production was a bit much for me, with all of the LED screens, but it was cool.

Saw them in their current iteration once. Never again.

How where the vocals honestly? Where they all running to a click? I think their live shows now adays are on rails so they can auto sync the live show.

Vocals were not that great honestly, compared to what it was when Axl was 30 years old obviously, but still very much enjoyable, and totally up to par compared to any other vocalist around. I don't think they were running to a click, the drummer gave the 1-2-3-4 at the start of each tune and it didn't feel mechanical at all.

The whole thing was a real performance. I can't fathom how they did what they did for three hours and a half. Kinda superhuman. I don't think it's possible without the help of powerful drugs and long-term coaching/training before that. It would already be impressive at 30 years old but at 60, it's super-natural. It's exactly like watching doped cyclists climbing a mountain pass at 30mph for hours during the tour de France.

Really? What did they do for 4hrs that makes you think they need powerful drugs?

Most 60 years old guys I know would have knee or back troubles just standing up for 3h30 continuously every two days. Let alone running around while singing like Axl did. He ran like a madman from one end of the 100m wide stage to the other at least twice per song and they played 31 songs. He did change clothes almost every song. He and Fortus were spinning like dervishes at every occasion. Slash was making dance moves and jumping from his pod all the time. He played 20 different guitars and 20 pounds double-neck monsters for at least 5 or 6 tunes. They did no pause at all. The energy level was very high. After 3h30 of this regimen, Slash did a headstand (!!!!) just before he got out of the stage. Plus they all looked like they pushed irons and took steroids for monthes. Metallica 10 years ago looked like they got straight out of the retirement home honestly. LOL
