Ok flame suit on. Unlike all the other verisons, you don't see anyone selling a HRG RI used. BUT you do see OG C+ owners that got a HRG RI putting their OGs up for sale... There's a reason!

Is it that much better than the 60w RI?

Kinda assumed they changed nothing but added two more power tubes.

Only reason they put the OG’s up for sale is to cash out on the idiots who will overpay. I’m mad I sold my 2C++ amps a decade ago for $3,500. I miss the days of talking to Mike B, telling him what ++ I wanted and him saying okay, it will be $125. Put the check inside them amp when you ship it. Or John Marshall charging $200 to ++ mod the Triaxis.

I don't know personally but in that interview between Beato and Ola I just posted they are talking about how the Reissue is better. I have not played a Mark VII alone in my mancave but @SgtThump put his on my cab and it rocked.

The HRG RI is so good I'd cash out with zero regrets. ...and I'm an OG snob!

In 2022, I sent my H IIC to Mike B. $1,000 for an EQ, $800 for the + mod, $300 for general servicing/shipping. Ended up with an HG II+, but it was hard to justify.
