Half power switch question...

Question for the Friedman Brown Eye (Just placed my order for one! so happy!)

Does the half power switch require one to half the ohms?

I ask because in the Bogner Ecstasy for example if you half the power you should also half the impedance. Is this so with the Friedman amplifiers?

Sorry for my ignorance but I didn't understand the answer.

Just wondering if the half power switch requires a change in the impedance on the brown eye head?
