Not the mouse, but I built a few BYOCs (Triboost, Tremolo, Fuzzface, 250Plus) as well as many GGG's from scratch.
I wouldn't hesitate building the BYOC Rat. The reviews are all great.
I'd stick it in a bigger enclosure though...just looks better imo (especially if you do the Beavis Audio mods)
