I'm waiting for a my thinline reissue to get back from Mike Lull's shop
I'm having it plecked and dimarzio transitions put in along with a coil splitter .
I can't wait !!!
This guitar is very special it was my Dad's who passed last May .
I want to play the guitar so I thought I would make it more catered to my style .
The stock fender oversized are not my bag !
I did talk to Jason Lollar but even his versions won't get me where I want .

I sure hope it sounds good !!!

I've heard really good things about the transition bridge pickup. They're pretty mid-heavy, apparently, but I like that. I'm thinking about throwing one into my Morse.

Thanks for the reply . I will give a review when I get my guitar back
It is a semi hollow body so that will make a difference ,
But still should be able to tell if they are good ?
The extra mid might work great for a semi hollow since they can be tinny
And have lots of treble .

had them on the Luke III - they're clear with a great mid grind, good for clean all the way to high gain

I currently have them in my J-Custom which has a mohogany body and maple top. They are a very nice pickup and the description above is bang on. They are excellent pickups! I do find they really excel at the mid-gain tones. I haven't enjoyed them as much for the heavier stuff, hence why I might change them out.

I have one in my silo special...MM...its sounds great but it isn't as thunmp as my Duncan distortion in the same guitar, is middy but Im leaving it, also as mentioned sounds good clean as well, very versatile, great for rock maybe not metal though...

Cool thanks for the reply !!
I don't know I will be trying to play metal with that guitar ?
More like melodic borderline feeling type shred .
The clips I heard I really liked .
I'm looking for people's opinions that have them .
Thanks again !!!
Jim

So I got my telecaster thinline back today with bridge and neck dimarzio transitions along with a coil splitter !!
I just absolutely love them !!! Have only had about an hour with them so far .
One thing I'm very surprised how clear they are you can hear every note and the definition is great !!!
I would say if you like clean and melodic to heavy rock there's pick ups will do that very well !!
I give the Dimarzio transitions 5 outta 5 stars !!

Glad u like em, they're great, I also find that if you play with the tone nob a bit you can get more sounds, even into darker sounds...enjoy!
