Has anyone tried the SD805 Overdrive?

The description makes this pedal sound like a perfect overdrive.

I might pick one up instead of the Maxon808. Wish I had the funds to compare both side by side but I do not.

I have one at home. I really like it. I love the extra EQ controls. I can make it sound exactly like my Maxon 808 but then also dial down the mid hump and make it more neutral or natural sounding.

This or a Maxon 808? That is a very tough choice. If I could only have one, I'd take the Seymour Duncan 805 overdrive since it nails the TS thing plus a little bit of it's own flavor if you want it.

Sounds great. Is it possible to make it pretty transparent?

Also how do you get along with the input/output jack placement? That almost makes it a deal breaker for me.
