Okay, I turned it on, and the volume was like 1/10th the normal volume.
I plugged a preamp into the fx return to see if it was a preamp issue.
Still 1/10th the volume. same story.
Then, I look in the back, and the tubes are on the verge of redplating.
Any idea what the problem is?
