Headset Mic for a drummer

Does anyone have any recommendations for a headset mic for a drummer? The drummer for a project I'm in sings and plays keys in another group and we want to start mic'ing him up for backing vocals since he is a much better singer than everyone else in the band outside of the lead vocalist. We tried the boom stand & standard mic and it either required him to turn too much to the side or got in the way of his hands / body movements. Doesn't need to be wireless, drummer hits hard, any recommendations / direction would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Almost everyone uses the Crown ones, from what I have seen. I have never used them, but the dudes into that seem to gravitate toward Crown for some reason

Have had some luck with shure Sm35 xlr , If you have a digital console , use a downward expander to minimize some of the leakage.
