Here is download link to our tune, Bionic Hillbilly, which is about and dedicated to the fallen SEALs of Operation Redwing as well as the lone survivor (as in the book). The first solo is by Scott Lerner. Also, the leadsheet to this one is available on the HWM band website in the members area.

Enjoy,

Happy Fourth of July!

Hectic Watermelon Direct Download

The Hectic Watermelon album with Jerry Goodman (Dregs, Mahavishnu, etc) with an extra live track is now available as a download DIRECT from the band website for $6.99. This will stay in effect until my album with Marco Minnemann is released. That date is still TBD as the album is part of a crazy multi-album group release with Mike Keneally, Alex Machacek, Marco, so there are still some other moving parts. :)

cheers,

7 dollars is a steal for this disk, just an outstanding display of top flight playing. I have the cd and it just kicks ASS!

Oh yeah? Well my album is available for download FREE!! :d

I'm on your site right now and forget the download, I want the CD. I want some arts... I'm also an ultra-tightwad, so what site has it for the least amount of money? :D

Thanks for checking it out genteelmens :)

Bob, CD Baby is probably the cheapest by a buck if you want the old-school physical CD.

If it's only by a buck, which site pays you the most money? I'll buy there.

And yep, I need CD's. I haven't quite adopted the modern online/download thingamabobber yet.

Thanks Bob, in that case, Abstract Logix is best. :)

Sweet playing. Dig you tone. Dirty yet clear.

Thank you very much. It was fun to try to get the balance of dirtiness with Jerry Goodman's violin just right in this mix. In other tunes on the album, we are both gained up a lot more than on this one. Since we both played through my Egnaters on everything, I was able to keep the sounds in the same ballpark pretty easily though.

I'm not all the way through the album yet but so far Subterranean Rapid Transit is my fav.

Thanks, Bob. That one (and a few others) has the sheet music for it over on the band website in members section if you wanna learn it.

John, just grabbed a copy via direct download. Awesome stuff dude... I've heard this album before on your web site but thought it was time to have a copy for the car. Thanks!

Weird request... but would you happen to have a high resolution image of the album cover? I need to give them MP3 files some good album art for the media center. :) LMK, thanks!

Thanks, Ruso. Here's the most high-res cover I can put on the web by license.
