I'm looking to replace the stock trem on my USA Strat with ha Gotoh 510TS-FE1

http://www.g-gotoh.com/international/?b ... t=510t-fe1

I'm thinking the 'S' is for steel block but not certain. I want the one in the pic but not the black zinc block...and in Chrome

Will this be a drop in replacement and the posts line up??

Thanks

Edit: Ok, I just noticed that the TS is a steel block. Now the only question is...will it line up with my posts?

They have the specs listed below the pic, it says 28mm, I measured out the post's on my Am Std and it looks like its the same.
My metric tape has really tiny lines/numbers on it, I'd still want better conformation than I just gave you ;)

Thanks! I was hoping someboday made the upgrade. I just don't wanna make a mistake in buying something that doesnt fit. I'll measure mine when I get home. I hate the metric scale

I don't have anything to contribute other than to say that the Gotoh 510 stuff is fucking awesome. Best hardware on the market. Good choice!

Yes, it is a drop in replacement. You will have to use your factory posts though. The Gotoh posts do not have the same thread size and the Fender inserts.
