I use Sony MDR7506 headphones with my Torpedo Live. I've been using these for 6 months now and I am still happy with them.

I got this pair to replace my Sony MDRV6 set which I had for 15+ years and finally broke.

I use a set of beyerdynamic studio custom and had great success with my axe fx II. There are 2 versions, I bought the $300 version.

I went through a pile of headphones last year and I set my budget between $150-$250. My local retailer had a bunch of the popular ones set up to listen to. I ended up with the Shure SH840 Pro units. They sounded the best and were the most neutral of the bunch.
